If we are unable to change your mind, you of course have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving any reason.

Notes on returns:

• We only accept returns for new and unworn pieces of jewelry.
• If your order is defective or a piece of jewelry is missing, please inform us immediately after receiving the goods.
• When using a discount, it is tied to the minimum purchase value or the minimum order quantity** of the promotion. If this is not met, the discount can no longer be offered.
• When purchasing a bundle, all products included in it must be returned in their entirety. Please therefore send all associated items back together.

Multiple returns in one package:

• If you return jewelry from different orders in one package, please make sure that all jewelry pieces are in the correct boxes and that the order number is included.

Processing time for your return:

• Please note that we do not provide confirmation of receipt of returns. As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a notification from us as part of a refund.
• We currently require a processing time of up to 10 working days for returns.
• Despite your return, we would be pleased to receive a positive review from you.

**Definition of minimum purchase value or minimum order quantity:
This applies to orders where a minimum purchase value is required in order to receive a purchase benefit in the form of a discount code or piece of jewelry.
